Medical & Aesthetic Services

Dr. JoAnna Nguyen is committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality care and outstanding patient service. If you have any concerns following a treatment, we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible so that any issues may be addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.

All medical and aesthetic services are non-refundable once rendered. This includes, but is not limited to, consultations, injectable treatments, non-surgical procedures, and surgical operations.

Results from medical and aesthetic treatments are not guaranteed, as individual healing, anatomy, and biological response vary from patient to patient. Many treatments are not singular in nature and may require multiple sessions or ongoing maintenance to achieve and sustain desired results.

Payment for services reflects the time, expertise, and resources provided, not a guaranteed outcome.

Skincare Products

Due to safety, hygiene, and quality-control standards, all skincare product sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges for skincare products, whether opened or unopened.
